Manic Boom

I have been wanting to do this for months.  And I finally got it.  Manic in a Sonic Boom style, kinda sorta.  Well I did not see anyone else do him, but its probably out there already.  So here you go, hope you all enjoy.

Also I tried something different with the shading.  not exactly sure if I like it yet.
