I wish I could draw human bodies that well.
I like the way you defined his anatomy. His arms, legs, and chest all look strong and adult without looking like he's all hopped up on roids (like other art). This makes him look strong and grown. I also like his face and the way it really does look like a grown Tails. His long hair and big blue eyes make him look very capable but still giving him that boyish Tails look we know.
His tensed body and and focused stare along with the dim lighting and the dark blurry background do give us the feeling that something is amiss. maybe Tails strayed too far into an unknown part of the jungle?
Anyway who knows what could be out there, but Tails is all grown up now, surly he can take care of himself.
Yeah it is great to see Tails be capable. Alot of Sonic fans really do not seem to like him or even portray him as capable. let's forget about the fact he beat Eggman TWICE. though if you play the other side Eggman wins
Maybe you could make a sequel to this pic where he takes out an cannibal or feral creature with a headshot!
Tails taking out a random cannibal might be better recieved. But it's your art so it's up to.
